In our Physical Education class, we focus on helping students build a strong foundation for movement and a love for being active. Early in the year, students work on locomotor skills (like running, skipping, hopping, and galloping) and spatial awareness (moving safely and confidently in different spaces). As the year progresses, we begin introducing hand-eye and foot-eye coordination through fun activities and games.Our goal isn’t about wins and losses — instead, we emphasize having fun, trying our best, and being good sports. We want every child to leave class smiling, confident, and proud of their effort.To support your child’s success, please encourage healthy eating habits at home and make sure they’re getting plenty of sleep each night.
